Local Office in the vicinity is equipped with a Transaction Terminal for auditing and accounting. The information exchange between the local office and the head office is done once in 15 days through VSAT links.

The main components of this application are:

• The Transaction Terminal: This device is a state-of-the-art, compact and extremely versatile point of presence appliance whose basic operations are updation of data at the server with the agent’s daily transactions, updation of the subscriber's data at the POC, providing statements.

• Collector’s POC Terminal: An Agent carries AEM's Point Of collection terminal to each depositor, which contains a database of all the accounts under his charge. Upon collection of the money, the agent feeds in the amount against that depositor's account number, updating the account database.
